The approach was carefully designed to meet our needs (and constraints) - for example, people were immersed in the programme without being detached from the business for longer than necessary. The creative and fun delivery was extremely well received and created a real buzz with those who were on the programme.

We are now seeing the results as our managers adopt more effective techniques to lead their teams and are inspired to grow their own capabilities. It is truly exciting.

Great refresher and introduction on previous and new leadership concepts etc. The experience of doing this as part of an in house scheme was different and worked for me.

Great fun, kept it interesting and engaging. It's not easy to keep theory in a fun package but it's been done here. Great chance to really get to grips with Leadership, how it applies to what I do and how I can have an impact.
